Make Stasks default taskmanager

I tested stasks and its much more productive then task manager default in KDE. Specialy in grouing tasks.

Stasks won't become the default task manager for KDE, although features from stasks might be incorporated into the default one.

This is also partially up to the distributions; Stasks is default in KDEMod, for example.
