This is just a nice addition, but this is not fundamental.
What I ultimately want is a Google/Gmai-like "GUI CLI". Consider these three paradigms: - program-oriented interface. Traditionnal CLI ou Windows pre-95. You chose the program to launch. - file-oriented interface. Traditionnal GUI. You click on a a file which is linked to a program. - task-oriented interface. Modern GUI (Google/Gmail or launchers). You start your task, the computer guesses what you want to do. This is Do What I Mean, I know, but for a limited amount of topics, it works. For instance, if the computer detects something that looks like a mathematical formula, it may guess one wants the result. Kickoff's runners are intentionally limited to prevent crashes. Lancelot already supports all runners. (runs outside of plasma process, so crashes are not problematic) |
