I think this is pretty straight forward.
It would be nice to change brightness when scrolling over battery icon, similarly to how you can change volume when scrolling over Kmix icon.

Vote if you approve :)

PS. this is specially needed because FN keys on some laptops often tend not to work :(

KDE developers have already rejected a patch that would do this.
