When applications are embedded into others via KParts there are often ambiguous shortcuts.
Especially in Konqueror this is a real problem.
When you see an editor inside the Konqueror, you want to copy text via ctrl+c and not files. You want to replace text with ctrl+r... I think KParts should overwrite the shortcuts automatically. In some exceptions the embedded application could decide to preserve the shortcuts of the parent application. But an error-dialog is not a good solution.
