[DUPLICATE] (Middle) Mouse Button Moves Window

It would be nice to have a configurable mouse button (maybe middle, although I think it's used by too many other things) which allows you to drag a window around.

So, basically do what Alt+LeftMouseButton drag already does, but without having to hold down a key on the keyboard.

This is pretty similar to this idea, but this one is more specific. Since the author of the first idea mentioned this feature as an example, I'll mark this idea as a duplicate.
