[DUPLICATE] [Brainstorm] Remove "Submitted-Forum"

Hi!
I think the [Submitted]-Forum is not useful. There are a lot of good ideas needing discussion in this forum. Then somebody finds a two year old feature-request at bugs.kde.org and nobody reminds the idea - neither here nor on bugs.kde.org.
I think there shouldn't be any threads in [Submitted], it would be good to move them back. Those which werde discussed and neglected at bugs.kde.org could be moved to [Wontfix].
