..." dialog (in Subject there isn't space!)

I searched a lot for something like this...so I hope this isn't a duplicate idea.

When the user clicks on an unknow format file or chooses the menu entry "Open with...", an "Open with..." dialog is opened.
If you don't know the right application you must search in the list, but if you know the right app you must write the whole name (and correctly!).

I hate this behavior, my idea is autocompletion as in Krunner, if I want "kwrite", after "kwr" a drop-down menu appears with the possible apps.

This is a duplicate of new "choose application" dialog

but because there is already this idea!
