[Konqueror and PIM] Themes for the programs

The idea is to enable users to personalise programs just like you and I do with firefox and thunderbird. If you don't like the look and feel of default theme you can download it from Mozilla website. In case of KDE applications it could work just like "Get hot new stuff" from kde-look.org
