Many browsers would uses global menu(like Chrome browser). I think, we should add global menu, but only limited to view(or additionally document) related options.

KWin should implement this as best solution of problem like: why titlebar is too space gainful? I think also, that by clicking on global menu button, KWIN will display also additional(ex. application dependent controls).

Why? We could hide in it normal menu, tool bars, showing some hidden dialogs(like url input/output dialog, etc. ). We could also select some elements to show in title bar.

This idea is related to many other, like put menu in title bar, etc.

If admins decided, it shouldn't be separate idea, pleas move content of this idea to post/comment of another idea.

Have you tried rekonq? I think that does exactly what you want.

I think I should add "[KWIN]" prefix to topic of this idea.

I don't describe possibly Konqueror usability, but whole KDE environment usability.
