Option to keep a Dolphin instance preloaded.

With Konqueror it's possible to keep an instance preloaded at all times via their settings. Now that Dolphin is the default file manager some people really want to be able to access it quickly and conveniently - and that means that an extra 2 seconds or so is a very long time!
Title is self-explanatory, but note the keyword "option" - this should not be default for people who don't want it to be.
