The menubar at the top of KDE windows is quite dated and adds to the clutter within a window. It makes it slightly 'too busy' with the combination of the menubar and the icons at the top of a window. I propose that the menubar is moved to a seperate button at the far right of a window. The menubar could be accessed by clicking this button and drop down menu would appear. This behaviour can be seen in rekonq. Below is a mock-up of how this could work:

Alternatively a button on the title bar could be added to hide/show the menubar. This would be similar behaviour to hiding icons in a window in OSX.
