Everyone in the plasma team seems to be concentrating on plasma-active but what about plasma-desktop?


given the amount of valuable ideas at kde-brainstorm i don't believe that plasma(-desktop)is feature complete and finished.

Developers are still working on Plasma Desktop, see http://www.proli.net/2012/03/07/next-kd ... iteration/ for example. Furthermore, this is not a concrete idea and thus I've marked it as invalid.

the second comment (on the linked page) describes almost exactly what brought me to this "idea"
also the buzz about plasma-active and the continuous silence when it comes to plasma-desktop improvements..

the only one who seems to be working on the desktop improvement is martin g.

There'll be some activities about the "future workspace" here in the forums soon, I encourage you to watch out for it (there'll be a forum announcement) and participate.
