[INVALID] Use IdeaTorrent

You could use IdeaTorrent (http://www.ideatorrent.org/) instead of the KDE Forum for the KDE Brainstorm. It's the same thing Ubuntu or BBC uses, and it's much, much more suitable for submitting and managing all the ideas.

We are aware of IdeaTorrent and if this Brainstorm Forum will be successful, we might be changing to IdeaTorrent.
But for now this is enough.
It's on the list already.
