Multiple wallpaper
In KDE3, we had the ability to choose one wallpaper per desktops. People often ask me when discovering the virtual desktops "waw ! And can I have one wallpaper for each desktop ?". And I have to answer them no.

It's not a major feature, but it would be nice if we could have unified or separated virtual desktops (maybe different plasmoïd for each desktop also, why not ?).

Diapo
There is just one thing I don't like with the diapo wallpaper : it doesn't fade while switching wallpapers.

I think the diapo feature would be one hundred time better if it had a fade effect.

Brainstorm rules demand idea per post only, so please in future post only one idea per post.
Secondly Multiple wallpaper will be implemented in KDE4.3 see this thread.

Second idea is the one that I don't think was implemented and is the one that should be re-posted again as stand alone idea.
