Dolphin on the desktop

I think it's still in playground. Problem solved? The IP (Idea Poster - I'm trying to spread this abbreviation ) wants a plasmoid that behaves like Dolphin. If I remember correctly, the xembed plasmoid is more a proof of concept, not intended for actual use. As I said, there are some problems with it - at least when I tried it the last time.
