[NOTANIDEA] [KHelpCenter] Update help file indexing.

We need to fix help file indexing so search works correctly. Apparently to index the help files KHelpCenter uses "htdig" which is not a KDE dependency nor is it a mainatined package.

Kubuntu bug 19767. raised on KDE help file indexing basically says it can't be fixed due to KHelpCenter's dependency on this unmainatined tool.

Help indexing is imporant help file indexing should be updated to use a different tool and that tool should be a dependency of KDE.:'(

Missing dependencies are bugs. This forum is only for feature requests. Please submit a bug report to bugs.kde.org
