[PowerDevil] Scrollable profile list / limited size

Currently, if a user has too many power-saver profiles, the list of power profiles from powerdevil drops below the panel and cannot be fully accessed. A simple solution would be to limit the maximum number of profiles visible (< distance to panel) and add a scrolling option.

Using Kubuntu 9.04.

I myself have sccrollbars both for the profiles area and for the whole page as well:

I think he mean Battery Monitor Plasmoid. If I am right, then it is probably bug.
