Some of the desktop effects could be merged for better/simpler overall usage.

eg:- Present windows when presenting winodws for all desktops could also zoom out to show all desktops(another available effect) and present the windows over the desktop they are currently on.

Draw on the desktop effect should leave lines relative to zoomed in desktop. If you draw on desktop while zoomed in you soon find that the zoomed in view of the desktop tracks the mouse but the marked liines on the desktop stay relative to screen. better integration here would be fantastic.

I don't really agree on merging but an option would definitely be nice. As for your second suggestion about the on-screen drawing and the zooming out, I think that needs to be worked on too yeah.

Please make a separate idea for each combination you would like to see. The ideas are substantially different and can be implemented independently of each other. But don't post the first one (the present windows/desktop grid combination), since it has already been posted: Present windows and Present desktops at same time
