[Start menu] allow to hide already running app in favorites

Very many application must run in only single instance
(such as Amarok, Konversation.... ),
and after one start its work long time,
but this app still occupies place in start menu favorites!!!


Allow to auto hide entry of some running app in start menu favorites!
(by user choice, and maybe in .desktop files)
