Plama "layouts"

This is a doble proposal.

First, all Linux DE are usually compared to some other mayor platform (Gnome look is often compared to Mac OS while KDE is often compared to Windows) and this is because people has the impression of free DEs of being no more than a mayor product copycat just because of the "look". People judge on the basis of the look (theming) and the arrangement of graphical elements. In this regard, KDE has used a default single panel arrangment, just as Windows has been doing, since ever?. In order to gain attactiveness; DE in general, KDE in particular, should differenciate -- this is a market strategy. I think the KDE look is already there (Oxygen) so now I think is time to work on how graphical elements are presented to the user -- and plasma is flexible enough to allow multiple arrangements to be feasible.

So, all in all, I suggest to open a request for people to come up with new ideas on how to rearrange plasma widgets so atractiveness and usability would be improved.

And, second, it'd be faboulous to be able to save plasma widgets arrangements (for example, one bar and a dock...), as easy as saving a colour theme.

The second idea is a duplicate, and the first idea is not valid. The brainstorm forum is not the place for this sort of discussion, please open a new thread in the discussions and opinions forum. Further, double ideas are also not allowed.
