do not validate ideas that are not well formed, totally understandable, TAGGED, or simply don't follow this specifications:
---------------------- Your idea's title should not be generic, and it should reflect the idea's scope briefly. The description should be self explanatory. You can embed images hosted at third party hosting sites. Please consider scaling down the image to a size that does not break the page layout while embedding images. Usage of BBCode tags and smiley codes are allowed. You can also add tags to your idea in comma separated format. ----------------------- i read idea titles like "status icons" "add a note" ... thx for all the great ideas but please keep the quality high so people won't loose interest.

The goal it to submit useful ideas to bugs.kde.org. Based on that goal, being too hung up on the idea title is not really productive. Titles can be edited before submission if need be. Otherwise, ideas are only accepted if they follow those rules. Older ideas have been grandfathered in since not all of those rules were present in the beginning, and occasionally ideas slip through that really shouldn't, but for the most part ideas do conform to those rules.
