Add Mozilla weave like remote bookmarks and password sync to kwallet,konqueror, arora and rekonq

Please explain what mozilla weave is so people who are not familiar with it can understand the idea. Please do not just post a link, you need to explain it in the post.

Triple implementations are really bad.
When Arora and Rekonq do not contribute to the standard-solution Konqueror by sharing code, it wouldn't be KDE's fault if such features wouldn't be available in these browsers.

It has been more than two weeks without any revision, so i am closing this idea. If you still want to post it, please re-post it with enough detail so people can understand it without being familiar with mozilla weave.
