icons on task bar (panel) layout from right to left

The icons put onto the task bar (panel) should be arranged from left to right. Currently, they are arranged from right to left, which is quite unnatural for human beings.

Upload it to image hosting site and then use code that it provides to post thumbnail here.

I launched two more konsole's from an existing konsole, then launched ksnapshot. You can see that the additional konsole's are arranged from right to left, even though the ksnapshot is from left to right.
