An iWeb for kde.

Yes, I know kde does have quanta+ and kdewebdev, but they are mainly for administrators. I Think kde should include a web development platform for bloggers. iWeb is so cool. You can take a picture or video of yourself on the spot and post it. This functionality is something I use mac for.

Does your idea involve the creation of an entirely new web authoring suite or is it simply asking for a non-kde package to enter the default kwebdev set?

Also, Bilbo Blogger (now renamed to Blogilo) is exactly what you asked for: "a web development platform for bloggers".
