Please forgive me if this has already been done or mentioned. I was thinking it would be nice to be able to use a mouse click such as the the center button (or configurable to what ever the user likes) to be able disable or enable the auto hide function on panels. For instance, if I clicked on the center mouse button I could select to show all of my hidden panels or to keep them hidden until they are unlocked. This would be beneficial if I had some at the top of the screen near where other options might be for a running application I would not have to fight with it to not pop up or down when I didn't want it to.
I hope that this clear and look forward to hearing more about this option. Thanks, William |

Personally, I think this would be better handled by an autohide button plasmoid. If Arron's Plasma Javascript shell is anything to go by, this would be trivial in a javascript applet.
