What do you thing about idea of adding such button? Not every one uses shortcuts (Ctrl+T in this example) so this feature is hidden for them. If you're using Firefox 3.5 you know what I mean.

cheers,
Wojtek :)

I thought that he means a add tab in location bar.
Where it shows /home/Primoz...
That's why I've approved this (that's how Firefox does it (well actually it's on tab bar, but anyway...), at least last I've checked; but I don't use it so...)
I must admit that I don't know which part of window is breadcrumb.
Maybe this idea should be reworked into: New tab button by default.

Primoz: yeah, I meant it actually. And breadcrumb is just path like your "/home/Primoz" but in visual, "breadcrumb" form :)

The breadcrumb doesn't seem like a good place for a new tab button in my opinion. It would make more sense to have it like in the browsers - in the tab bar.

The problem is that Dolphin doesn't show a tab bar by default, but I like it better that way - I rarely use tabs in a file manager.

Sorry, but I mixed breadcrubs and tabs up. :( Meaning "add tab" in the breadcrumbs like in Firefox I meant the button next to the least tab just like in Firefox 3.5.

Sorry once again for such bad buzz. :)

In that case, you can just create a new idea (if it hasn't been posted already). :)

OK guys, I've created a new idea (right this time). So I have a request: could you admin guys label *this* idea as invalid? :)

and, you're welcome:
