To improve KDE even more, we need as many Beta Tester as possible.
Why not provide KDE Beta Live CD`s on KDE.org ? |

What you are suggesting is that KDE either create or support an "official" KDE distribution. KDE already gives ways you can get it through various popular existing distributions.

Not distribution, maybe live CD only, I think there was live cd with KDE before?

But KDE is "only" a window manager. It needs a environment where it can run.

It doesnt have to be a "official" KDE distribution.
It can be build on the top of a existing distribution. But it should be a clean installation without any addons of the distribution. So it also could be used as a reference. For example: I try KDE SC 4.4 RC1 on Opensuse or Kubuntu and I think I found some "bug". Im still not sure if this bug is because of KDE or because of any configuration of the distribution. So not so advanced user`s could download this Live reference CD. I believe it would make it so much easier for many KDE user who are willing become a Beta tester... It`s a way mobilizing and enabling KDE users... Sorry for my bad english. I hope you got the point:)

I know that... But it would be nice to have some live CD (no specific distro) to download and try it without installing KDE SC alpha/beta on working machine or any other machine...I think, it's better that way than installing in vbox, if you don't install on hdd...OK, I installed KDE SC 4.4 rc 1 on my desktop, laptop is only for stable realise... |

AFAIK there was a KDE "showcase" LiveCD with KDE4.0 it was OpenSuSE based....
So yeah this was already there and it's still there with probably newest version of KDE: http://www.kde.org/trykde/ So already implemented.
