OK, nobody wants to hear about another application launcher, i know, but ...

If the application launcher would show all apps fullscreen in a kind of table there would be no need anymore to crawl through menus back and forth, searching.

There are not so many apps installed that you couldn't deal with an overview, like in this picture.

Of course the background could be transparent or a picture, the table nicer in some way. And it would be nice and simple.
I would call it Toodsweet.
Without all the other stuff that is generally part of these sort of menues.
