Plasma should understood time/date format. It will only match piece of text with rules contained in current language settings.
It will brinks timer or alarm(actually not exist) plasmoid.

I would like to suggest, that plasma should allow to put timer plasmoid/widget, when I drag text contains date or time in responsible format. That's all. Many times I set timer plasmoid to inform me, when some amount of time spend. For example my friend told me, that He will be at 7th o'clock. I would like to simple drag this piece of text(7:00) onto plasma desktop.
