Currently we can hide menubar in Konqueror and Dolphin (Ctrl+M)
I propose following enhancements in this feature - - When the menubar is hidden, one small icon to be shown on windows bar. By clicking this icon, we should be able to access the menu in dropdown fashion - All the shortcuts for accessing the menu (Alt+F, Alt+S, Alt+H etc.) should be active even when the menubar is hidden |

Are you thinking of a feature that is in the OSX. If you do I really like it.

No, from what I understand he wants the ability to minimise the menubar to a single icon on the window decoration's border.

This is really two ideas. The first is a duplicate and already marked as wontfix. The second is valid but already under discussion on the mailing lists. So I am closing this idea as invalid, you can re-post the second idea if you want but developers are already aware of it.
