Plasma appearance improvement. (fix 4.3 to 4.4 regression)

In my opinion is a big design regression since 4.3 to 4.4.
Just undo those changes or improve current plasma design.

For example i used applets from my old desktop screenshot and current 4.4.1 with oxygen theme.
