This work like normal double-click but with unlimited delay click time.

This is inconsistent behavior with the rest of kde. Normally when things are selected and you just click, it selects the thing you clicked and unselects everything else. Besides, hitting the enter button on your keyboard will open selected files anyway.

if only one thing are selected, second click does nothing in double-click method, only double-click can run/open item. I want, if only one item are selected and i click to this item, he will be run/open. This work like normal double-click but with unlimited delay click time. |

First, your idea specifically says "If multiple files are selected...". If that is not what you are suggesting, please fix the idea. Second, for "single-click opens file" this is already the case. If this idea is for "double click opens file", then you should update the idea to reflect that.
