BeOS style is actually outdated, but it's very polished. It will be great to create new one based on BeOS decoration and this picture:

I think, that top bar should take only required space, while window buttons still should been displayed at right corner. I think also, that window buttons should been hidden when cursor are outside window for some period of time.

This is basically a request for a new theme/style. Unfortunately Brainstorm isn't quite the place for such radical design changes as such. Please request this in a more appropriate place like kde-look.org
