Please describe what webos is, and why people might want a version of kopete for it. Is it an operating system? Does KDE work on it already? If not then it is pretty premature to start thinking about kopete, since it won't work without KDE already working. Further, kopete doesn't handle any of the internet connection stuff, that is all handled by things like networkmanager.
