Home folder icons default to appropriate Places icon

The default Oxygen icons for the home folder are all the same blue one (at least here on Kubuntu 10.04). Yet there are "Places" icons for Download, Music, Documents, Pictures, and Videos folders (and more). So why not use these by default? It makes it easier to distinguish one folder from the others.

This is something the distribution would need to set up.

I really do not think so. We already set an icon for the Desktop folder for example. Also since the common user directories are a freedesktop.org project it is desirable to make them look good out of the box.
