Builtin Dolphin Formating and File Attribiution utilities

Dolphin should own built in functions like format utilities (for formatting new partitions and disks) without any needs to download new programs
and also it should have a tab in properties sections to change file attributes
like making it hidden and so on.

You can already change file attributes. Right-click on the file and click "properties". Things like being hidden are controlled by the file name on linux systems (add a . before the file name).
