The idea is : when you get enough votes on the brainstorm and when your concept is mature enough, a button appear to submit your idea to bugs.kde.org, it avoids old good ideas losting
what do you think about it ? david

Well there are two questions for me:
1)What would be the number of votes when this would appear. 2)How would this be done on source level? Because this was pretty much what those that created Brainstorm had in mind, but there was a problem of implementing this. The actual idea was to make a bot that would automatically submit idea when it would get a number of votes. But the problem was with connecting this bot with bugs.kde.org. If you have any idea, please share.

Well, the number can be set to 50, then, the bot can just send a mail to bug.kde.org with each links pointing to ideas

This is not possible for various reasons:
1. There are no categories in Brainstorm as there are on BKO, so a bot wouldn't know where to submit the idea. 2. Before submitting we also check for duplicates on BKO etc. We try to submit popular ideas to BKO and already have a system for that, but unfortunately we're currently lacking in manpower as many moderators (etc.) are busy with other things.
