I would like to fill in Amarok X megabytes of MP3 player with playlist of random songs Amarok automatically. Selecting only the amount of Megabytes and the device and fills it with Amarok playlist random songs.

It is difficult to get exactly "X megabytes" of whatever random collection of files that you are copying simply due to there being a ton of possible combinations of file sets that could give you "X megabytes".

Better is to keep on copying random files until you've hit the limit.

That post may help - with a few modifications to check the filesize with du -sh /path/to/end/directory and breaking the loop when filesize > x, then it'll solve your problem.
