It would be nice to make more beautiful software manger for the new comers like in linux mint

Sorry, but it might make sense to help all of those not using 'linux mint' with a little more details:

How does it look like ? What is the difference ? Compare it to other distributions.

KDE doesn't build package management tools, that is the distribution's job.
