In GNOME 2 we can go to computer:/ directory via Nautilus. But we cannot do with Dolphin because the protocol wasn't supported. OpenSUSE try to solve this case by implementing "KIO Slave sysinfo:/", but I think the implementation is different. Though this wasn't big problem, but I think this implementation can make migrating from other operating system easier as the most user was familiar with "My Computer" in other operating system. It can also increase interoperability between Free Desktop. I know that this case was already discussed in other forum, but I didn't see any feedback from the developer.

Microsoft included the Microsoft GS Wavetable SW Synth in versions of Direct X as an integral part of DirectMusic. This is a version of the Roland Virtual Sound Canvas with GS sound set licensed by Microsoft from Roland Corporation in 1996. This implementation make play back MIDI files in Microsoft Windows natively. I suggest KDE follow this implementation by integrating combination between fluidsynth and soundfont (.sf2) in Phonon.
