Actually I'm not sure whether it's KDE's or Linux's problem, because all Linux DesktopEviroments have this same problem.
Let's make a example to explain it. You opened kate, and then you wish to open another document file. So you grab it to kate's window. If you are in WindowsOS, it's OK, kate will open it easily. But, in Linux once you grab a file, kate will lose window position and under his window to that grabing file's window. It's really quite troublesome. So, i wonder if it's possible to fix this problem in KDE ? If so, change it as WindowsOS do, please! Thanks very much! PS. For now, i solve it by made a Keyboardshortcut(Alt +D) to keep window top. Top and unTop window. Sorry for my poor English, hope you guys have understand. Thank you all!
