I agree. It can be great (as a profil Konqueror, and why not TOR installation via apt)
But, the options displayed by this option are in Konqueror (but in differents menus), it is just a easier way to reach this goal. |

I would like to see this, too.
A button, somewhere on the main browsing window would be the best solution, I think (for quick access). here's how Firefox does it: https://wiki.mozilla.org/PrivateBrowsing |

It's implemented in Google Chrome as "open new incognito window". Everything done in that window, besides storing bookmarks, is done without leaving traces.

While I find it useless, even IE has it now, so Konqueror should too!

I really can't see how software could help you with that.
Apart from implementing something because "IE has it now" being the worst possible reason, it actually is not just useless but a nuisance. Because in "private mode" you neither can have bookmarks nor a long-term cache. And when using Tor, the latter is not only important for your convenience, but also for keeping the network load as low as possible. Just set up a seperate user account for "private things", use iptables to only allow this user to access the internet through Tor and use an encrypted partition. |

Sorry, but I suppose Konqueror is going to finish its life.

Why?
There is a simple solution. You have a private-button. All http-requests are sent using TOR or a proxy. After quitting all the cookies and the history will be removed, temporary files are removed instantly after usage. |

Not on my computer, it's not. It's consistently faster then Firefox or Opera opening several different web-pages (even if I have to tell them I'm using a different browser (grr Facebook...)).
