When you are in Trash, Nautilus shows a button "Empty trash" to delete all
files of the Trash.

Is it possible to add a similar button in KDE's file manager?

I belive that it will take unnecessary space in dolphin. You already have a "Empty Trash" option on the popup menu, inside dolphin trash:/ kioslave.

Thanks.
I know it now, but it is more intuitive a visible button, and you will can empty trash with a single click.
