New interface for KDM

I'd like to see some features with regard to the interface of KDM
-show the passwordfield in the list where you can choose the user
-show existing sessions in this list
-move the input of the password for existing sessions to KDM

important: this Idea is NOT about the air-design but just about the interface!

Agreed: KDM could use some love. It's behaving in exactly the same way as it did in 3.5. New capabilities would be nice...

Yeah, it would be nice if KDM received some love. Althogh I think we shouldn't be happy with having the same login experience as other OS, it would be nice to have some innovation in the way a user logs in (something like facebrowser for GDM).

I remember a blog post on Planet about changing KDM, but it seems nothing ever came of it :(

Proudly dual-booting openSUSE 11.1 with KDE 4.3 and Windows Vista on a Toshiba A205-S4577 since July 2007.

It could be implemented, because changing KDM, sometimes, causes conflicts on KDM Manager!!

That is because you are using openSUSE, which intentionally breaks KDE's KDM configuration tools.
