I believe that zoom level should be remembered for every folder individually, and not as a global setting. Zoom level should be remembered just like 'View Mode' setting, that can be applied to each folder individually.

If i have a Wallpaper folder I want icon to be large.
But when browsing other folders, zoom level should be back to default!

Pretty clean, simple, and reasonable suggestion i believe .. :)

Why can't I just send a "+1" message? Message too short? :/

If you are just going to do a +1 message, you should use the voting system. That is what it is there for. Comments should contain something more.

I believe that easy to implement features like this should get more attention than complex feature requests.

To support this idea please vote for this Wish/Bug report that i created:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=211263

hopefully this could be implemented even before KDE 4.4.

New features are never implemented between releases.

Has this been fixed in KDE 4.4.x ?
My wish report was marked as resolved/works for some?

Can anybody with new KDE 4.4.x set custom zoom level for different folders?
