Easy updates for khotnewstuff

ATM I need to go to install them and if a program has doped from the top20 lists it will not work. I suggest either adding a button to khotnewstuff that will check for updates to all installed plasmoids.

A CLI way to update would be nice too (khotnewstuff --update, would allow people to cron themselves some auto update easily without getting into the mess that comes with auto update)
