Proper support for non-cheapest-of-the-cheap mice

DanceDon'tSlip Registered Member Posts 10 Karma 0	Proper support for non-cheapest-of-the-cheap mice Thu Dec 10, 2009 1:25 am I would like to see proper support for mice with more than three buttons implemented, as well as (while not as important) side-scrolling. There is a large amount of media mice available on the market that have extra multimedia buttons - most commonly, two buttons (back and forward) on the side. Manual configuration IS tedious and can be time-consuming.

This is probably the most-duplicated idea on KDE brainstorm, one of the first ideas posted, and a wishlist item that has been submitted numerous times to bugs.kde.org.
