My idea is a little box where you can specify panel height exactly, instead dragging randomly. I know that you can control this with the awesome window-behavior system but maybe this is a little bit more user friendly.
Somtimes the smallest softest voice carries the grand biggest solutions

I like this idea especially because sometimes icons look better at some sizes and not the others.
Get problems solved faster - get reply notifications through Jabber!

that was one of the reasons behind his idea, but maybe this is to complex to implement compared to using window behavior?

very true.. KDE should not have multiple ways to do the same things.
