fork of KDE with objective to make smallest, lightest, fastest KDE possible. Would be used on phones, tablets, old laptops, low-memory/low-CPU devices.

There was a discussion about this on the mailinglist, although I don't recall what the conclusion was. Whatever the case the developers are aware of the need for this.
Man is the lowest-cost, 150-pound, nonlinear, all-purpose computer system which can be mass-produced by unskilled labor.
