I'd be fine if moderators who send an idea to submitted ideas give a link to bugzilla. I see often such submitted ideas but it's hard to find it in bug.kde.org.

This should be the responsibility of the person who submitted the idea to b.k.o. Please also note that not all ideas need to be submitted to b.k.o to be marked as "Submitted". The "Submitted" tag simply means that developers have been aware about the problem, regardless of the medium. For example, the problem may have been discussed in sprints, mailing lists, or on IRC devel channels. In such cases a bugzilla idea is not really needed.

I'll mark this idea as submitted, just for the irony.
Yes, whenever possible the person who move an idea to Submitted should leave a reference, for example a link to bugs.kde.org. One problem now is that the process to submit ideas to bugs.kde.org isn't automated, so it is a bit of work - maybe the person forgot to post back in Brainstorm after submitting the wishlist to bugzilla. I'll post a message at our secret hideout to remind people to post a reference when marking as Submitted. Like this: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=210544
